Welcome to Radiant Guest House. By booking and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid ID is required upon check-in.
• Payments: Full payment is required at the time of check-in. We accept cash and major credit cards.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Late cancellations may incur charges.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay.
• Behavior: We expect guests to respect our property and other guests. Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
